When a bridal couple works with “A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events the couple can expect full transparency from our initial One on One, meet and greet. 

Our Day of Coordinating service includes many highly important A-Z responsibilities to bring the bridal couple at ease as much as possible while creating beautiful memories. 

With detailed discussion, we bring tear-dropping experiences to life on your dream day. 

We require an initial consultation before booking any event to assure we are all in the same page, have good chemistry, and see your needs.


Guidance begins as soon as we are contracted for our "A thru Z Diamond Service Package" , "Diamond Concierge Package",  and/or “Services for Hire”. 

Our booking policy is First-come, First serve basis.


Weekly Virtual Meetings (Up to two hours) One Month before your event. 

Your dream day is not only an event it’s “An Experience”. 

We welcome unlimited texts and emails that come to your mind, in which we will cover in our weekly virtual meetings.

All our décor rental set-ups include your choice of “one” special color palette curated with a mix of silk flower arrangements creating a picture perfect setting and ambiance on your special day .

Services

Diamond Service Package

Our Day of Coordinator Diamond Service includes all A thru Z services below to create the bridal couples dream day and more.

$1000.00 Up to 120 People (Gratuity not include but VERY MUCH appreciated)


A. Create wedding day timeline from Start to finish with bridal couple ( Up to 11 hours the day of your event)

B. Create wedding budget spreadsheet to meet bridal couple needs, expectations, wishes, and keep couple within their desired budget. We will assist and submit a helpful spreadsheet and advice with allocating your funds and resources to ensure bridal couple stays on track. Execution of Wedding budget begins upon contracting our services with a monthly budget to keep the bridal couple on a target.

C. Conduct and guide rehearsal Ceremony, 2 days recommended from date of event

D. Greet and Keep your contracted vendors on a timeline (Will set up Zoom Calls with EVERY contracted vendor and Bridal Couple one week before event)

E. Collect any insurance documents required by chosen venue

F. Provide Emergency sewing kit

G. Set up Sign in table and Gift table

H. Assist with memorable Wedding Couple First Dance experience

I. Assist with memorable Wedding Couple First Look experience

J. Arrange for massages or spa days 48 to 72 hours before event (clients pays for services)

K. Coordinate and execute Speech timelines

L. Double check table numbers and/or reserved tables are correct

M. Set up party favors, signage, and menus

N. Fluff Bridal Train as needed for a Perfect Bridal entry and pictures

O. Execute and direct Mock Ceremony for Guest pictures if implementing Off Plug ceremony

P. Handle all unforeseen adventures for the bridal couple to ensure a fairy tale day

Q. Bustle Dress (If given video seven days before event)

R. Bring to life exciting Bouquet and Garter Toss epic experiences (props not included

S. Coach and assist Wedding Party to kick off an amazing day for our bridal couple (Please see our “Add On Experiences” menu for ceremony enhancements )

T. Assist with Dinner and table dismissal if buffet style

U. Deliver Coffee and bagels to bridal couple morning of event

V. Hold On to Marriage certificate if applicable until end of day

W. Serve the bridal couple Apps, Dinner, and desired beverages

X. Pass out any Final Payments/ Tips to your hired vendor team

Y. Make sure your vendors get a meal

Z. Save bridal couple Cake topper and bouquet

Our Diamond Concierge Dream Day includes our "Diamond Package" and all concierge services below

$900 add on Up to 120 People, when contracting Diamond Services Package


Dream Day Wedding Music : Collaborate, gather, and curate all music catered to bridal Couples wishes, likes, ideas creating a memorial experience for Pictures and Videos for following key moments : Ceremony, Dinner Garter toss, Bouquet toss, and Grand entrance, Grand Exit, Dances such as Mother & Son Dance, Father & Daughter dance and Cake Cutting. Final and approved music list to be submitted to Hired MC, Dj, Or Band to insure wished song renditions are in line with bridal couple wishes.


Ceremony Script : Personalized and curated “One Of A Kind” script corresponding to the Bridal couples unique personalities, likes, loves & memories. Framed script at end of ceremony included. No limit on drafts and changes, as we want bridal couple to be truly in love with this once in a lifetime personalized and memorable ceremony script.


Food Caterer : Food Caterer Service research, pricing, vetting, and guidance leading to qualified professionals. Top two service companies will be submitted to bridal couple for review. Booking, tastings, delivery arrangements and appointments will be done by “A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events once couple has selected, signed, and met desired team service agreement contract and payment. Bridal couple pays for food and catering services.


Bar & Beverage Scouting : Beverage service and search assistance, scouting, pricing, and vetting. Top two beverage services will be submitted to bridal couple for review. “A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events will do booking once couple has selected, signed, and met desired team service & payment contract agreement. Bridal couple pays for service company.


Makeup & Hair Artist Scouting : Hair, Makeup, and nail team search assistance, scouting, pricing, and vetting. Top two artist will be submitted to bridal couple for review. “A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events will do booking once couple has selected, signed, and met desired team service & payment contract agreement. Bridal couple pays for artist services that apply.


Wedding Floral Company Scouting : Vetting for flower bouquet, corsages, boutonnieres and such. Top two event décor companies will be submitted with pricing and selections to bridal couple for review. “A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events will do booking once couple has selected, signed, and met desired team service & Payment agreement Contract. Bridal couple pays for décor.


Sanitation Delivery & Scouting : Bathroom trailer scouting referrals and vetting for Sanitation equipment. Top two service companies will be submitted to bridal couple for review. Booking of equipment will be done by “A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events once couple has selected, signed, and met desired team service & payment agreement Contract. Bridal couple pays for sanitation equipment and services.


Lodging & Travel Accommodations : Identify hotel accommodations with research and vetting for bridal couple. Top two hotel companies to be submitted with pricing to bridal couple for review. A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events will collect confirmation number if available and forward to Bridal couple who shall make reservations themselves, We do not take credit card information from couple.


Dress Alterations Specialist : Dress Alterations search assistance, scouting, pricing, and vetting for Bride. Top two specialist will be submitted to bridal couple for review. A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events will set up initial first booking once bridal couple has chosen desired specialist. Bridal couple pays for alterations services that apply.


Venue Equipment Rental vendor research : Compile price quotes, research, and vetting for tent, chairs, tables, dancefloor, no limits. Top two service companies will be submitted to bridal couple with pricing for review. “A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events will do booking once couple has signed, paid and selected necessary equipment needed per equipment service company agreement. Bridal couple pays for all rentals.


Music Entertainment : Scouting, pricing, and vetting of Entertainment companies for D.J., M.C. Or Band, Picture booths or any other related props to enhance dream day experience. Top two Entertainment companies will be submitted with pricing for couple to review. Booking will be done by “A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events once couple has selected, signed, paid and met desired team service agreement contract. Props and Entertainment not included.


Cake And Dessert : Research, vetting, and collection of pricing of Dessert / Cake bar tailored to bridal couple vision. Top two Dessert/ Cake bar companies will be submitted with pricing for couple to review. Booking, tastings and delivery arrangements will be done by A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events once couple has selected, signed, and met desired team service agreement Contract.” Desserts / Cake bar not included.


Dance Instructor : Dance Instructor scouting referrals and vetting. Top two instructors will be submitted with pricing for couple to review. Dance lessons and instructor fee not included, Booking will be done by “A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events once couple has selected, signed, and Paid desired instructors service agreement.


Rehearsal Dinner Location Research : Scouting, pricing, and vetting of wish and desired restaurant. Top two restaurants will be submitted with pricing for couple to review. Reservations will be done by A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events (unless CC is needed by restaurant in which couple will then have to complete the reservations themselves) once couple chooses desired dinner venue. Food and beverages not included.


Bon Voyage : Help Bridal Couple pack all items into family and / Or gateway vehicles, Gifts, Gift Box, Flowers, Clothes and Décor from reception and Bridal Room.


Limo and transportation : Search, pricing and vetting. Pricing will be submitted to couple for review. Booking will be done by A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events once couple has selected and signed desired transportation service agreement.


Loved ones : Those WE LOST Ceremony / Reception table Set ups. Items will be properly stored when celebrations are over. Props not included.


Photographer and/ or Videographer scouting : Artist team research assistance, scouting, pricing, and vetting. Top two artist will be submitted to bridal couple for review. A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events will do booking once couple has selected, signed, and met desired team service & payment contract agreement. Bridal couple pays for artist services that apply.

Party Favor Assembly : Client to purchase all product and Approve first Three Samples.

$3 - $5 Per Favor


Welcome Baskets : Assemble and Deliver Welcome Baskets up to 48 hours before event to guest and family at hotel and lodging quarters within 5 miles of reception event. Client to Purchase supply and approve all Welcome/ or Thank you baskets. (Plus delivery driving miles)

 $30 - $50 Per assembled basket 


Venue location scouting : Bridal couple assessment interview leading to Venue Search guidance and referrals to meet couples wishes, vision, and budget. A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events will submit all final quotes and venue rules to bridal couple who will have final choice. No limit on Venue search and vetting, as we want couple to be absolutely in love with chosen venue. Five Venue searches will be submitted at one time to allow couple to absorb the pros and cons on dream venue and truly soak in their dream day that is to come. 

($350) Total Paid up front, Plus Miles


Guest Address Collection : Collection of all guests mailing address, proper names, and spellings and converting into one file OR “A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events will manually enter all data into bridal couples Evite online website to insure a headache free process for future Mailings Such as Save the Date, Invitations, RSVPs, and Thank you cards. (Ready in 21 days or less upon contracting said experience) Includes help with RSVPs nudges for our special guests.

 ($400) 

NOTE: A Thru Z” Wedding Planning Services & Events offers direct mailing service (Stamps and invitations not included) postage will have to be prepaid if mailing service is selected Plus ($300). Service Includes save the dates. Paid up front ($650) when selecting both services.


Seating Chart Organizing And Planning : Plan and execute first and final drafts with bridal couple once all RSVPS are in. Together we will layout projected seating chart to accommodate couples visions and wishes to ensure guest and family are as comfortable as possible on the magical day to come. Couple pays for all supplies.

Décor Rental AND SET UP 

Event Table Décor Rental Set Up: (*PPT of 8 guest) INCLUDES the following : White table linen, cloth napkin, disposable elegant flatware, decorative colored charger GOLD or SILVER, white table runner, table number stand, and choice of ONE silk flower centerpiece of the following color palette of
